Norveç Ulusal Turist Rotası’nda Steinsdalsfossen projesi dikkat çekiyor

Jarmund/Vigsnæs Architects, Hardanger'deki Steinsdalsfossen şelalesinde, Ulusal Turist Rotası programı kapsamında topografya ve peyzajla bütünleşen bir müdahale tasarlıyor. Şelaleye yönlenen yeşil pigmentli beton duvar, hem sirkülasyonu düzenleyen omurga işlevi görüyor hem de manzarayı çerçeveleyerek mekânsal bir yönlenme sağlıyor.


Duvara eklemlenen beton hacimler, kıvrılarak şelaleye odaklanıyor ve iç mekânlarda dramatik bir görsel deneyim oluşturuyor. Yüzeylerde kullanılan pürüzlü ve pürüzsüz beton dokuları, yapının hem dış peyzajla hem de iç mekân atmosferiyle farklı düzlemlerde ilişki kurmasına olanak tanıyor. Korten çeliğiyle sınırlandırılmış yaya yüzeyleri, kentsel donatı ile doğal çevre arasında uyumlu bir geçiş üretiyor.

The Steinsdalsfossen project on Norway's National Tourist Route is attracting attention


Jarmund/Vigsnæs Architects are designing an intervention at Steinsdalsfossen waterfall in Hardanger that integrates with the topography and landscape as part of the National Tourist Route programme. The green pigmented concrete wall facing the waterfall acts as a backbone that regulates circulation while framing the view and providing spatial orientation.


Concrete volumes attached to the wall curve towards the waterfall, creating a dramatic visual experience in the interior spaces. The rough and smooth concrete textures used on the surfaces allow the structure to relate to both the external landscape and the interior atmosphere on different levels. Pedestrian surfaces bordered by Corten steel create a harmonious transition between urban infrastructure and the natural environment.
