Dikey hidroponik üretimi destekleyen taktiksel müdahale ☘️

Hydroponics Module, 2024 yılında Alsar Atelier, César Salomón, Oscar Zamora ve Yazmin Crespo tarafından tasarlanmış, 24 m²'lik kompakt bir yapı olarak Kolombiya'nın Bogotá kentinde konumlanıyor. Proje, kendi kendine inşa edilmiş yüksek yoğunluklu mahallelerde, geleneksel tarıma alternatif oluşturan dikey hidroponik üretimi destekleyen taktiksel bir mimari müdahale sunuyor. Endüstriyel raf sistemlerinin yeniden işlevlendirilmesiyle geliştirilen hafif ve modüler yapı, kısa sürede monte edilebiliyor, sökülebiliyor ve malzemeleri israf oluşturmadan tekrar değerlendirilebiliyor.


Beton ve tuğla gibi kalıcı malzemelerin baskın olduğu bölgesel inşaat kültürüne karşılık, bu yarı kalıcı sistem yerel koşullara daha esnek bir yanıt veriyor. Yapı, hidroponik üretim alanı olmasının yanı sıra, topluluğa yönelik atölye ve eğitim programları aracılığıyla analog bir okul işlevi de görüyor. Yerel bitki çeşitliliğini korumayı amaçlayan tasarım, sürdürülebilir su kullanımı, katılımcı üretim süreçleri ve yerinde gıda yetiştiriciliğiyle entegre bir kentsel tarım altyapısı oluşturuyor.

The Hydroponics Module, designed in 2024 by Alsar Atelier, César Salomón, Oscar Zamora, and Yazmin Crespo, is a compact 24 m² structure located in Bogotá, Colombia. The project offers a tactical architectural intervention supporting vertical hydroponic production as an alternative to traditional agriculture in self-built high-density neighbourhoods. Developed by repurposing industrial shelving systems, the lightweight and modular structure can be quickly assembled, disassembled, and its materials reused without generating waste.


In contrast to the regional construction culture dominated by permanent materials such as concrete and brick, this semi-permanent system provides a more flexible response to local conditions. In addition to serving as a hydroponic production area, the structure also functions as an analogue school through workshops and educational programmes for the community. Aiming to preserve local plant diversity, the design creates an integrated urban agriculture infrastructure that incorporates sustainable water use, participatory production processes, and on-site food cultivation.
