Meksika’da yükselen Helea Tower 33 katıyla 360° manzara sunuyor

Helea Tower, Meksika'da Bulnes Arquitectos tarafından tasarlanmış 33 katlı bir konut yapısı olarak yükseliyor. 142,5 metre yüksekliğe ulaşan kulede, 93 daire bulunuyor. Helisel formu sayesinde her katta 15° dönerek 360° manzara sunuyor ve bünyesinde konut birimleri barındırıyor. Taşıyıcı sistem, yüksek dayanımlı betonarme bir çekirdek üzerine kuruluyor ve 54 derin temel kazığıyla güçlendiriliyor. Çekirdeğe sabitlenen çelik çerçeveler, yükleri kavisli kirişler aracılığıyla dağıtıyor. Kulede fitness merkezi ve gökyüzü havuzu gibi olanaklar bulunuyor. Kule, inşaat sürecinde su verimliliği, enerji tasarrufu ve malzeme geri dönüşümüne yönelik uygulamalarla sürdürülebilirlik konularını da gözetiyor.

Helea Tower is a 33-story residential building in Mexico, designed by Bulnes Arquitectos. Rising to a height of 142.5 meters, the tower comprises 93 apartments. Its helical form rotates 15° on each floor, providing 360° views and incorporating residential units. The structural system is based on a high-strength reinforced concrete core, supported by 54 deep foundation piles. Steel frames anchored to the core distribute loads through curved beams. The tower offers facilities such as a fitness center and a rooftop pool. The tower also addresses sustainability through practices focused on water efficiency, energy savings, and material recycling during the construction process.
